راحة Raha rah‑ha · ease, rest, relief

What Raha means

In Arabic, raha is the feeling of ease that comes when something heavy is finally set down. It is the word in raḥat al‑bāl, peace of mind.

The word grows from the same root as rūḥ, the spirit, and rīḥ, the breeze. In Arabic, rest sits close to breath.

راحةraha · rest, ease
روحrūḥ · spirit, soul
ريحrīḥ · breeze, wind

Raha is not the absence of difficulty. It is having room to breathe inside it. That is what we work toward, together.

How we strive for it

Room to breathe

Sessions move at your pace. Nothing is forced, and silence is allowed.

Understanding before fixing

We start by making sense of what you feel, so change grows from understanding rather than pressure.

Ease in every step

Clear fees, simple booking, your language, from your own home. Asking for help should not add weight.

A word from Rayan

“Therapy is a place to slow down. Not to be fixed, and not to perform being fine, but to understand what is happening inside you, at a pace that feels safe.”
