Getting started
Who are sessions for?
Adults and young people aged 17 and over, joining from Saudi Arabia or anywhere in the world.
How do I book?
Fill in the short form on the booking page and choose a day and time. You will receive a reply by email within one working day confirming your free call.
What happens in the free call?
We talk for about 15 minutes about what brings you here and what you hope for. You can ask anything about how I work, and there is no obligation to continue.
How do I know if therapy is right for me?
You do not need to be sure. If something has felt heavy for a while, or you simply want space to understand yourself, the free call is a good place to find out.
Sessions
Where do sessions happen?
Online, by secure video. You only need a stable internet connection and a private, quiet room.
How long is a session?
Each session lasts 50 minutes.
Why keep cameras on?
Seeing each other builds trust and helps me notice what words can miss, so both of us keep cameras on.
Can sessions be in Arabic or English?
Yes, either. Many people move between both in one session, and that is welcome.
How often will we meet?
Most people start weekly and space sessions out as things settle. We decide together.
Fees and payment
How much does it cost?
375 SAR per session. The 15‑minute introductory call is free.
How do I pay?
Payment details are shared by email after your introductory call. Fees are paid before each session.
What if I need to cancel?
Give at least 24 hours’ notice and we will move the session at no charge.
Privacy and safety
Is it confidential?
Yes. What you share stays between us, within the legal and ethical limits we go through in the first session.
Is my information kept private?
Your details are used only to arrange and provide your sessions, and are never shared without your consent except where the law requires it.
Is this an emergency service?
